When you contract Specialty Roofers Inc. Service Department to perform roofing repairs at your property you will be charged an initial $450. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit will be due at time of signing and before a crew is scheduled. You will receive this invoice via email after your service contract (this document) is returned with an e-signature.
This fee covers the following:

An investigation of the problem area(s)

Water testing on problem area(s) if necessary
-
Copies of photos of corrective action performed
-
3 hours of service to correct the problem (2 man crew)

The following items are NOT included in the service fee and will be billed upon completion of service:

Parts and materials (you will receive an itemized invoice)

Service labor exceeding 3 hours. You will be billed $150 per additional hour.
Please note: Most service calls are completed within the initial 3 hours of service (minimum fee), but we cannot guarantee that, as all jobs are different. What we can guarantee is quality workmanship, efficiency and service you can trust.
