SRI works with the individual homeowner to see what fits his or her budget. Our financing options depend on the size of the job and the homeowner’s needs.
We offer everything from Long Term Loans to 3 month low interest loans that the homeowner can use on repairs.
Homeowners have a lot of options when they finance with us. We work with different lenders depending on the homeowner’s financial position and what they can afford comfortably.

When I apply, will there be a hard pull or a soft pull on my credit?
Service Finance is a hard credit pull upon submission of the application. Fortiva will do a soft pull initially, but turns into a hard pull if the homeowner accepts an approved offer.
On a zero interest (same as cash) or deferred interest loan, what happens if the balance isn’t paid off before the promotional period ends?
For zero interest loans, if the balance is not paid by the end of the promotional period, then interest is charged on the remaining balance.
For deferred interest loans, if the balance is not paid by the end of the promotional period, then interest is back charged on the entire loan balance.
What is the minimum credit score required to be approved for a loan?
There is not a “minimum” credit score for approval, as lenders all evaluate different factors and weigh them differently. Main factors include credit score, debt to income ratio, credit utilization rate, derogatory marks, among others. However, the cutoff for Service Finance’s “buy deeper” option tends to be a 580 FICO.
When is my first payment due?
The first payment will be due the month following completion of the job.
Are there penalties if the loan is paid off early?
No, there are no prepayment penalties associated with any of these loans.
