Specialty Roofers, Inc is now hiring a Service Manager. We specialize in roof repairs, maintenance service, restorations, and replacements. As a Service Manager, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the service department. This position will be required to hire, develop and lead repair technicians to ensure timely, cost-effective service to our customers. Running the safe operation of all service personnel while delivering acceptable gross margins within the branch.
What you'll do:
Work order completion
Manage service response times & Service Personnel
Inspect and manage the quality of the service repairs and installations.
Training and development
Supervise two to four service techs
Be able to safely ascend/descend frequently up to a 40 ft. ladder
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Work in outdoor weather conditions

What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential & commercial roofing
Two (2) years of management experience
Basic computer skills are required
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must have the ability to read roof drawing then calculate total square feet, slope, and total linear footage
