Depending on the roof and its condition, that can include inspecting nail pops, checking and caulking flashings as needed, addressing roof penetrations, clearing debris from roof pans, gutters, drains and valleys, trimming light branches touching the roof, cleaning skylights and identifying repairs that may deserve additional attention.
